You can never have too many birthday cards, right?! I made this card by using white cardstock & making it into a gate fold card. I closed the card & adhered the brown & blue panel on top to keep the card shut. Then I made a tag for the inside. I used Nestabilities Scallop Circles, Cuttlebug Devine Swirl folder, Martha Stewart cupcakes border punch & Memento inks. Happy birthdays, Rick.
